Privacy policy & disclaimer

Effective: October 16, 2026. The Japanese version of this policy is the official one; this English version is a translation for convenience.

1. What we collect and why

When you contact us, you may give us your name (a nickname is fine), email address and message. We use them only to reply and for any follow-up that's needed.

2. Your quiz answers

Quiz answers and results are calculated entirely in your browser. They are not sent to or stored on our server. If you share a result on X (formerly Twitter), pressing the button takes you to X's posting screen.

3. Sharing with third parties

We don't give your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

4. Affiliate programs and cookies

We use affiliate programs to recommend products. When you click a product link, the seller or affiliate network may use cookies to know which site you came from. These cookies don't reveal your name or address. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings.

Programs we use: Rakuten Affiliate (Rakuten Group, Inc.). Product information is retrieved with the Rakuten Ichiba Item Search API (Rakuten Web Service).

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how the site is used. When you open a page, cookies and similar technology send Google the pages you view, where you came from, links you click (such as product links and quiz results), your browser and device type, and your approximate region. We don't send your name, address, email or anything else that identifies you. We use this to improve our articles and quizzes. See how Google uses this data. To opt out, turn off cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. External services

We use Google Fonts to display text. When you open a page, your device connects to Google's servers to load the fonts.

7. Disclaimer
